Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing customers and qualified leads to generate new business and increase sales.
• Introduce products to new and existing customers through phone, email, internet, and mail outreach.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products that best meet their requirements.
• Maintain and expand existing accounts while identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with customers' maintenance and purchasing departments to encourage repeat business.
• Use suggestive selling techniques to promote additional products and increase sales.
• Develop and maintain a consistent customer follow up process and direct customers to the company website.
• Maintain the sales database, track new leads, and update existing customer information.
• Respond promptly and professionally to commercial and online sales inquiries.
• Contribute to overall sales growth by working toward established sales targets.
