Responsibilities Plan and monitor shift operations to ensure high quality, service, and cleanliness. Lead crew and other managers during the shift to meet McDonald’s standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability and take corrective action. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare a smooth transition. Assist assigned departments in meeting targets and goals. Qualifications Minimum 18 years old. Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment preferred. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for fast‑paced work. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
