Five Star Staffing is actively hiring polished, professional, and motivated Leasing Professionals to work at apartment communities throughout the DFW area. If you have apartment leasing experience, excellent customer service skills, and are ready to start immediately, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Apartment industry leasing experience is REQUIRED.
• Tax Credit experience is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Strong customer service and sales abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass a background screening and drug test.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective residents with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate leasing information.
• Conduct community tours and convert prospects into new residents.
• Process rental applications and complete verifications in a timely manner.
• Maintain daily traffic reports, phone logs, and follow-up documentation.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective residents.
• Perform community outreach and develop relationships with local apartment locators.
• Maintain knowledge of the apartment community, pricing, amenities, and surrounding competition.
• Inspect model units, vacant apartments, and community curb appeal to ensure leasing standards are met.
• Track appointments, traffic, and lease activity daily.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and resident retention programs.
• Complete additional administrative duties as assigned.
