Visiting Nurse (LPN & RN) - Medical Specialty: Home Health OM A MA Service Incorporated has immediate openings for RN’s and LPN’s to conduct home visits of patients requiring skilled services. Prior Home Care experience is a plus. Flexible schedule, great compensation, travel reimbursement, PPE, training. Locations: Boston, Worcester, Cambridge, Dorchester, New Bedford, Brockton, and surrounding towns within Massachusetts. Responsibilities As a Staff Nurse with OM A MA you agree to support and sustain commitment to compliance and adhere to federal and state laws, relevant healthcare agency program requirements, and OM A MA's business policies and Code of Conduct. Provide professional nursing care to clients in their homes. Assess, evaluate, and teach clients regarding their disease processes and treatments. Review, implement, and follow the plan of care and perform re-evaluations of the client's care needs. Provide hands‑on nursing care such as administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Collaborate with clients’ primary doctors, other providers, and caregivers in care delivery. Qualifications Home care experience (preferred). 1 year nursing experience (recommended). Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong interpersonal skills. Flexibility to travel to cases as assigned. License/Certification: Massachusetts RN, LPN license (required).
