Class A Truck Driver
Trillium Drivers is now seeking CDL Class A Truck Drivers in Merrillville, IN for a temp-to-hire opportunity!
Pay rate is $304/day. Schedule is Monday-Friday. No weekend work! This is third shift starting at 6:30 PM, 10-11 hours per day, 4 stops per night.
Position Overview:
- Delivering to automotive dealerships.
- Unloading auto parts utilizing a lift gate, pallet jack, rolling cages, and hand deliver loose parts.
- Drivers will encounter some tighter areas and should be confident of their skills.
- Operating the company vehicle safely and responsibly.
- Ensure product is secure within the trailer.
- Complete all necessary paperwork.
Miscellaneous:
- Hazmat Endorsement is required.
- Time sensitive deliveries that require precise coordination, real-time tracking, and contingency planning to ensure deadlines are met without delays.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL Class A License.
- At least 1+ years of recent and verifiable CDL Class A driving experience.
- Valid DOT Medical Card.
- Clean MVR.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
- Clean Criminal Background.
- No Clearinghouse violations.
- Must have Hazmat Endorsement.
