Class A Truck Driver

Trillium Drivers is now seeking CDL Class A Truck Drivers in Merrillville, IN for a temp-to-hire opportunity!

Pay rate is $304/day. Schedule is Monday-Friday. No weekend work! This is third shift starting at 6:30 PM, 10-11 hours per day, 4 stops per night.

Position Overview:

Delivering to automotive dealerships.
Unloading auto parts utilizing a lift gate, pallet jack, rolling cages, and hand deliver loose parts.
Drivers will encounter some tighter areas and should be confident of their skills.
Operating the company vehicle safely and responsibly.
Ensure product is secure within the trailer.
Complete all necessary paperwork.

Miscellaneous:

Hazmat Endorsement is required.
Time sensitive deliveries that require precise coordination, real-time tracking, and contingency planning to ensure deadlines are met without delays.

Qualifications:

Valid CDL Class A License.
At least 1+ years of recent and verifiable CDL Class A driving experience.
Valid DOT Medical Card.
Clean MVR.
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
Clean Criminal Background.
No Clearinghouse violations.
Must have Hazmat Endorsement.
