Qualifications

• Active and clear Massachusetts RN license (required)
• Experience as a registered nurse in a school setting preferred
• Prior skills in pediatric, adolescent, or community health nursing ideal
• Strong communication, assessment, and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to students throughout the high school
• Collaborate with fellow RNs and LPNs to address medical needs on campus
• Conduct health assessments, manage emergencies, and administer medications
• Educate students and staff on health, wellness, and safety protocols
• Maintain and update health records in accordance with regulations
