$61.26 - $67.66 We’re hiring a Project / Program Manager with application or infrastructure experience for a high-visibility engagement supporting large-scale divestiture initiatives. Preferred locations are Charlotte, NC, Saint Louis, MO and Des Moines, IA (3 days hybrid on-site). This is an ideal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of enterprise technology, delivery leadership, and complex financial services environments. This role sits at the center of major transformation work tied to divested businesses and large-scale separation initiatives. The work requires a delivery leader who can coordinate across infrastructure, applications, security, and senior stakeholders while driving complex transition efforts from planning through execution. Contract Duration: 12+ Months Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of program and/or project management experience leading complex technology initiatives across the enterprise 7+ years of technology experience with exposure to application and/or infrastructure delivery Proven success leading large, enterprise-wide transformation programs involving mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures Experience managing major technology delivery efforts within a large line of business in banking or financial services Ability to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels, including senior leadership and executive partners Experience owning the end-to-end delivery of technology workstreams supporting a divestiture, merger, or acquisition 6+ years of experience in the banking and/or broader financial services industry Strong command of governance, risk, dependency management, and enterprise delivery disciplines in regulated environments Desired Skills & Experience Experience with a top-tier consulting firm or advisory background supporting enterprise transformation 2+ years of information security experience supporting risk-aware technology delivery Prior experience coordinating application separation, infrastructure disentanglement, or transition service activities Background supporting enterprise PMO functions, portfolio governance, and executive reporting PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or similar project/program delivery certification What You Will Be Doing Technology / Program Breakdown 60% Program leadership across divestiture-related application and infrastructure workstreams 40% Governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and executive-level communication Daily Responsibilities 20% Hands-on program oversight including planning, tracking, RAID management, and milestone execution 40% Cross-functional leadership coordinating business, infrastructure, application, security, and operations teams 40% Executive communication, dependency resolution, governance forums, and stakeholder alignment #J-18808-Ljbffr Kelly Services
