Legacy Hospice, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Visit Registered Nurse (VRN) to provide in-home hospice care in Demopolis, AL. This PRN, hourly role supports our RN Case Managers and responds to urgent patient needs with timely, quality nursing care. You will perform focused assessments, develop care plans with families, administer medications, educate families, document care, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comfort and dignity at end of life. #J-18808-Ljbffr Legacy Hospice, Inc.
