Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and organized Office Supply & Kitchen Services Coordinator to maintain kitchen areas, supply rooms, and common areas throughout a large 11-floor corporate office. This person will be responsible for keeping supplies stocked, monitoring inventory, ordering needed items, and coordinating service calls for office and kitchen equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and restock kitchen and breakroom areas throughout all 11 floors.

Monitor inventory levels of coffee, beverages, snacks, paper products, cleaning supplies, and other office/kitchen necessities.

Maintain and organize supply rooms to ensure items are properly stocked and easy to locate.

Place orders for kitchen, office, and facility supplies as needed.

Track supply usage and anticipate upcoming needs to prevent shortages.

Check coffee machines, water dispensers, refrigerators, microwaves, and other kitchen equipment to ensure they are operating properly.

Contact vendors and service providers when equipment needs repair or maintenance.

Schedule service calls and coordinate vendor access to the building.

Follow up on repairs to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Communicate supply or equipment issues to the appropriate facilities or office management team.

Help maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked employee common areas.

Perform regular rounds throughout the building to identify supply, equipment, or maintenance needs.

Assist with other office services, facilities, and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in office services, facilities, hospitality, stocking, supply management, or a similar role preferred.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to manage inventory and place supply orders accurately.

Comfortable communicating with vendors and service technicians.

Reliable and self-motivated with strong attention to detail.

Able to walk throughout a large multi-floor office and regularly lift and move supply items.

Professional and friendly when interacting with employees, vendors, and building personnel.
