Required Skills:

• Safe operation of material handling equipment, including forklifts and overhead cranes
• Accurate picking and placement of parts into designated containers or racks
• Ability to verify part numbers and quantities with attention to detail
• Basic recordkeeping and paperwork completion
• Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the work area
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Adaptability to changes in technology and work processes

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with inventory problem reporting and working with a Kitting Coordinator
• Familiarity with quality improvement initiatives
• Previous experience in a production or kit-building environment

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proven hands-on experience as a forklift driver or material handler
• Demonstrated track record of safety and accuracy in a warehouse or manufacturing setting

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to pass drug testing and background checks as applicable
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire
