What we Need: The Sr E-Commerce Specialist is a high performing contributor that facilitates and supports the execution and optimization of Mohawk's consumer facing ecommerce experience for brands such as Mohawk Flooring, Pergo Flooring, and Karastan. This role is responsible for helping consumers discover, evaluate, and shop Mohawk's products online by maintaining brand websites, activating digital campaigns, and improving product discovery. What you'll do: Own the consumer shopping journey, including product discovery, visualization tools, dealer locator, and purchase paths. Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Creative, and Information Technology teams to create and execute content updates that drive engagement, sales, and improved user experience. Plan and develop content strategies, in collaboration with Brand Marketing, that will lead to increased brand awareness, growth, and website traffic. Lead AEO, GEO, and SEO strategy for assigned sites by researching content opportunities, auditing and optimizing site performance, improving SERP features and LLM visibility, and partnering with creative and copywriting teams to develop and maintain high-performing content. Partner with IT teams to support platform enhancements and coordinate initiatives. Support conversion optimization, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives for brand websites. Lead cross-functional collaboration to develop, manage, and execute the content calendar in support of strategic business objectives. Use metrics and reporting to impact of actions on performance, such as engagement and conversion metrics, content updates, new product introductions. Support product launches by maintaining and auditing product information to ensure accuracy and consistency. Stay current on digital e-commerce trends, including AI-powered search and discovery. Bring forward innovative ideas that improve the digital experience and enhance business results. Successfully lead after-action reviews to identify, document, and share lessons learned. Perform other duties as needed. What you Have: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Digital Commerce, or a related field or equivalent education and/or experience. 4-6 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or equivalent related experience. Good understanding of current and trending digital technologies. Experience working in an online or omnichannel environment Knowledge of CMS, CRM, analytics tools, AEO/GEO/SEO, paid media, and digital technologies. What you're good at: Strong understanding of customer journey management and digital best practices. Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
