Our Berks Division is looking for reliable and dependable Sanitation Workers to become a valued employee on our solid waste collection team to support our ongoing success in a family-like environment.

The position requires you to ride on the back of a trash truck and perform several essential roles, such as assisting the driver to safely navigate the truck, frontline customer service, and collect curbside waste and/or recycling in a safe and efficient manner.

Compensation: $130.00/day $50.00 per week attendance bonus! Additional earnings are available: with extra work, solo routes, coefficient overtime.

Job Qualifications: Ability to stand, walk, lift and carry for long periods of time Ability to lift 75 pounds Ability to work outside in all types of weather Requires constant lifting, walking and climbing onto and off of truck Must be able to ride on the rear step of the truck while in motion
