Job Description Job Overview As a Radiologic Technologist at FindNetics, you will play a crucial role in our organization by performing diagnostic imaging procedures on patients to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of their medical conditions. You will use your technical skills, knowledge of human anatomy, and attention to detail to produce high-quality images that aid in the accurate diagnosis of patients. Key Responsibilities Perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including X‑rays, CT scans, MRI scans, and mammograms, according to physician orders and departmental protocols. Operate imaging equipment, such as X‑ray machines, CT scanners, and MRI machines, ensuring patients are positioned correctly for optimal image quality. Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and answering any questions they may have. Review and evaluate completed diagnostic images to ensure they meet the required technical standards. Accurately record and maintain patient medical histories, diagnostic images, and other clinical data. Practice radiation safety measures to ensure the safety of patients and staff. Communicate with and assist physicians during procedures as needed. Clean and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring they are in proper working condition. Qualifications Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Radiology or related field from an accredited program. Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Valid state license to practice as a Radiologic Technologist. Excellent knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology. Strong technical skills and ability to operate imaging equipment. Ability to provide compassionate and personalized care to patients of all ages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities.
