Camps Kitchen | Bar is seeking energetic, dependable, and hospitality-focused Server Assistants to join our Front of House team.

As a Server Assistant, you'll play one of the most important support roles in the restaurant. Your ability to anticipate guest needs, support the service team, maintain an organized dining room, and assist with takeout operations directly contributes to the exceptional experience our guests expect.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, working as part of a team, and learning every aspect of restaurant operations while building a foundation for future growth within the company.

Position Responsibilities

• Assist servers by pre-bussing and bussing tables throughout service
• Deliver food promptly and accurately to guests
• Seat guests and help maintain efficient table rotation
• Assist with guest requests while providing friendly, attentive hospitality
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room
• Reset tables quickly and efficiently to support smooth restaurant operations
• Support takeout operations throughout the shift as business needs require
• Answer questions from takeout guests and assist with order pickups
• Accurately package takeout orders, ensuring all food items, guest modifications, sauces, condiments, utensils, beverages, and desserts are included before orders leave the restaurant
• Verify completed takeout orders for quality, accuracy, and presentation prior to guest or delivery driver pickup
• Coordinate completed takeout orders with guests and third-party delivery drivers to ensure timely and accurate handoff
• Assist with entering takeout orders into the POS system when assigned or when additional support is needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked takeout pickup area
• Work closely with servers, bartenders, managers, and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service flow
• Complete opening, running, and closing responsibilities
• Support the overall success of the Front of House team by assisting wherever needed to create an exceptional guest experience

• Ensure every takeout order is accurate, complete, and professionally packaged before leaving the restaurant
• Provide friendly, professional service to take-out guests and delivery drivers
• Represent Camps Kitchen | Bar with professionalism, energy, and genuine hospitality every shift

Schedule & Availability

Camps Kitchen | Bar is primarily an evening dining destination, with regular dinner service complemented by occasional daytime private events, holiday brunches, and seasonal celebrations.

Compensation & Benefits

• $7.25 per hour plus Tip Share
