Your primary focus will be on creating a nurturing, interactive home environment during weekday daytime hours. Some families may prefer three to four longer full‑day shifts per week. Responsibilities Role responsibilities are not limited to: Prepping light lunches/breakfast for the child Driving children to appointments or school pick‑ups Changing diapers Light child‑related house cleaning during nap times Engaging and playing with child(ren) Planning activities to do with children Putting the child down for a nap Effective communication with family and agency Qualifications Experience in caring for infants and toddlers in a home setting Ability to prepare nutritious meals and snacks for young children Proven track record of safely transporting children to appointments and activities Skill in maintaining a clean and organized environment during nap times Creativity in planning engaging and developmentally supportive activities Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with families and agencies The capability to adapt to varying family schedules and needs with flexibility Compensation: $19 - $22 hourly #J-18808-Ljbffr
