Job Overview

We are seeking skilled and motivated Fabrication Technicians to join our production team. In this role, you will work within the fabrication department to cut, shape, and form sheet metal according to precise customer specifications. This position offers hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with opportunities across multiple shifts.

New hires will complete training on first shift before transitioning to an assigned off-shift.

Shift Availability

• 1st Shift (Training): 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (2 openings)
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (2 openings)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication equipment including cutting tools, roll formers, and benders
• Fabricate sheet metal products based on customer specifications and work instructions
• Select appropriate materials including size, color, and dimensions
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures to ensure accuracy and quality
• Perform assembly and production tasks using hand and power tools
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety standards and procedures

Required Skills

• General labor and manufacturing experience
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
• Ability to accurately use a tape measure
• Experience in assembly or production assembly
• Basic blueprint reading skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saginaw, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.50/hr.
