OneSmile is looking for a friendly and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our growing dental practice in Southeast Michigan. We are building a modern office focused on providing patients with quality care in a comfortable and welcoming environment.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with patients, communicates well, and wants to be part of a team that is growing from the beginning.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine dental cleanings and periodontal therapy
• Take dental X-rays as permitted
• Review patients' dental and medical histories
• Educate patients about oral hygiene and preventive care
• Assist the dentist with identifying patient concerns
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Follow infection-control and sterilization procedures
• Help patients feel comfortable throughout their visit
• Work closely with the dentist, assistants, and front-office team

Qualifications:

• Current Michigan Dental Hygienist license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong patient-care and communication skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• New graduates and experienced hygienists are welcome to apply
