Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming front office experience Schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing the dental practice calendar efficiently Coordinate patient treatment plans and communicate care recommendations clearly Verify dental insurance benefits, process claims, and handle billing inquiries Collect and process patient payments, co-pays, and financial arrangements Maintain accurate patient records and update information in practice management software Communicate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the office Requirements: Prior experience in a dental front office role strongly preferred Familiarity with dental practice management software (Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar) Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first attitude Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment Professional, compassionate, and calm demeanor — especially with anxious patients About Us: Carimi Dental and Sedation is a trusted dental practice serving the Daniel Island, SC community, specializing in comprehensive dental care and sedation dentistry to ensure every patient has a comfortable, stress-free experience.
