Are you an experienced customer service professional who enjoys solving problems, coordinating orders, and helping customers have a great experience?

Labelmaster is looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to support our growing Customer Success team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and has experience working with CRM and ERP systems.

This is more than a traditional customer service position—you'll be responsible for coordinating customer orders, managing inbound requests, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and helping deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Manage inbound customer orders and service requests
• Route orders to the appropriate internal teams
• Monitor order status and ensure SLA deadlines are met
• Answer customer inquiries via phone and email
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when appropriate
• Process quotes and customer orders accurately
• Maintain customer records within CRM and ERP systems
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Production teams
• Track customer service metrics and performance
• Help train and mentor newer team members
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking ForRequired

• 5+ years of customer service or customer support experience
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems
• Strong order entry and order management experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience handling high customer interaction volumes
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing requests
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word

Preferred

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience
• Omnichannel customer service experience
• Order management systems
• E-commerce experience
• Call center or customer contact center experience
• Reporting and SLA tracking experience
• Experience mentoring or training coworkers
• Knowledge of Dangerous Goods or manufacturing is a plus
