Job Description:

A well-established employer in Midland, GA is seeking a Part-Time Technical Writer to create clear, detailed, and easy-to-follow technical instructions. In this role, you will translate technical information into accurate written documentation that users can easily understand and follow. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This temporary position offers a flexible, project-based schedule, with approximately four hours allotted for completion of each kit.

Responsibilities:

• Develop clear, detailed, and accurate technical instructions for assigned kits

• Translate technical information into easy-to-understand written procedures

• Organize and format documentation using Microsoft Office applications

• Review written materials for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and completeness

• Communicate effectively to ensure technical information is documented correctly

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to articulate technical information clearly and effectively

• Ability to translate technical information into detailed, easy-to-understand instructions

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to create descriptive and accurate documentation

• Flexibility to work a schedule that is determined each Monday for the upcoming week
