Once hired as part of the PTS team, you may join as many of our other local PRN rosters as you wish. Facility is a bustling 144 bed sub‑acute/skilled nursing facility in Marlborough, MA. Specializing in the geriatric population in both sub‑acute and long‑term care domains. Large, beautiful rehab gym with car simulator, kitchen, practice tub/shower and bathroom, ACP modalities, staircases, parallel bars, high‑low mats and standing table. Expansive interdisciplinary team and great collaboration between disciplines to optimize patient outcomes and patient discharge planning. We are owned and operated by therapists.
