Clinic Manager - Pediatric Therapy

Description Responsible for the overall operational management of the pediatric therapy service inpatient and outpatient departments (PT, OT, SP and TR) and WIC clinics including clinical, administrative and financial operations. Establishes standards of care and therapy practice and monitors for compliance. Assures compliance with internal and external regulatory standards. Responsible for staffing, retention and employee satisfaction. Ensures participation and satisfaction of all stakeholders. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree In a related field --or-- Equivalent education/experience 5 years of recent first line management experience in related clinical area with demonstrated clinical knowledge and leadership qualities. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
