Position Type: Locum Tenens Specialty: Cardiac Anesthesiology Physician Location: Pennsylvania Rate: $410/hr on 1099 Shift: 10-Hour Day Shifts (Varied Start Times) Start Date: 09/21/2026 End Date: Ongoing Position Details: Patient Population: All Ages Setting: Hospital Level I Trauma Center Responsibilities: Provide anesthesia services for cardiac surgical procedures Deliver perioperative care across a broad range of surgical and procedural areas Collaborate with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams Participate in night beeper call coverage Required Procedures: Cardiac Anesthesia Cases Perioperative Management of Complex Surgical Patients EMR System: Epic Hospital Size: 593 Beds Patient Volume: Varies Based on Assigned Anesthetizing Location Days Per Month: Full-Time Preferred (4-5 Shifts Per Week) Will Consider Providers Available One Week Per Month Schedule: Monday-Friday Shift Times Vary: 6:15 AM - 4:45 PM 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM On-Call/Weekends: Night Beeper Call Required Typically 1-2 Nights Per Week Submission Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist Cardiac Anesthesiology Experience Required Active Pennsylvania License or IMLC LOQ Required ACLS Certification Required PALS Certification Required Minimum 2 Years of Experience Preferred
