Assistant Store Manager - 2078

Job Title
Assists with hiring, onboarding, and training of new associates.
Supports engagement culture through recognition, communication, and approachability.
People Works maintained and up to date with current associate availability, job codes, etc.
Creates and posts approved schedules on time, meeting schedule accuracy requirements.
Monitors and manages key store operational processes including FAST Forward / CPR, markdowns, STEP performance, fitting room/SSFR, and cash office.
Manage all aspects of the back office and breakroom including communication boards, back office filing and organization, breakroom cleanliness and locker program, and supply ordering.
