PMS Quality Technician / Engineer

PMS Quality Technician / Engineer Responsibilities Under the supervision of the onsite engineers, conduct investigations of suspected non‑conforming devices and materials coming from patient and/or clinical reports of failure. Document the results of investigations within the complaint handling tool. Provide feedback concerning reoccurring issues and escalates complaints when severity exceeds the documented expected severity of the Risk Management file (RMM). Conduct general housekeeping and move devices back to the field via the inventory management system. Clean and disinfect incoming suspected non‑conforming material associated with a complaint. Qualifications High School Diploma, Vocational Education, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Safety Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field, or no prior experience with a Bachelor's Degree. Medical device experience preferred. Physical and Environmental Requirements Ability to lift and move items up to 25lbs if required. Work within an office environment at all times. Compliance with company safety guidelines and health protocols in inventory areas. US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
