Job Summary
The organization is seeking a registered nurse specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Arlington, TX. This role involves providing advanced patient care in a high-acuity environment, with responsibilities including bedside procedures, patient monitoring, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) ICU
• Location: Arlington, TX
• Shift Schedule: Day shift, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM; minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active RN license in Texas; 2+ years of hospital experience; BLS certification; ACLS certification preferred
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Meditech electronic documentation system; ICU-specific certifications such as CCRN are preferred
• Responsibilities: Providing bedside care including central line placements, thoracentesis, dialysis catheter placements, cardioversions, intubations, and other ICU procedures; adhering to hospital policies on dress code, tattoos, piercings, and attendance policies
• Additional Information: Units utilize all ICU equipment such as ventilators, NXStage, Arctic Sun, GE cardiac output monitors; unit assigns staff according to acuity and skill level; floating policy as needed
