This Manager Trainee | Entry-Level Marketing, Sales & Event s position is catered to individuals who want to build value and results within a company and teach others how to do the same. You will be coached 1-on-1 by a member of our mentorship and management staff and entrusted with practical scenarios and true life scenarios from day one of training. Paid full training provided! Your Day-to-Day: Lead the coordination and rollout of local marketing, sales and customer service and outreach campaigns Manage small teams during events and client activations Track performance metrics and suggest improvements to boost results Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure expectations are met Help onboard new hires and set the tone for success Who Is The Right Person?
