Required Qualifications
Residency completed in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine (per Order notes)
Active unrestricted Texas medical license (per Order notes)
DEA with Texas address and schedules noted in the Order (per Order notes)
Board certification required. Requirements vary by specialty as listed in the Order notes (per Order notes)
Credentialing and Onboarding
TB and immunization documentation requirements are listed in the Order notes
