Customer Implementation Services (CIS) Europe is responsible for enabling Mastercard customers to successfully adopt and implement Mastercard products, services, and initiatives. We partner closely with customers, product teams, account management, technology, operations, and regional stakeholders to deliver high-quality implementations that drive customer value and business growth.
As a Specialist, Implementation, you will play a critical role in leading and supporting complex customer implementations across Europe. You will serve as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, risks are proactively managed, and customer objectives are achieved.
This role requires strong project management capabilities, payments industry knowledge, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate complex cross-functional environments. The successful candidate will contribute to implementation excellence, support process improvements, and help drive consistency and quality across CIS Europe.
