Kendal at Hanover is seeking a General Maintenance/Landscaper team member to join our Facilities Team! Primary roles and responsibilities include: Performing prescribed grounds maintenance tasks on a self-starting basis such as grass mowing, planting, installing signs, and other general maintenance repairs as required. Keeping roadways and walkways free of ice and snow. Performing project assignments and renovations. Performing work requests to building interiors/ exteriors such as woodwork, furnishings, finishes, hardware, and maintaining grounds. Supporting the operational needs of the facility as needed.
