At our hotel, it all starts with you—our team of passionate professionals who create a seamless and memorable guest experience from the very first “hello.” We’re currently seeking a Part Time Bellman who is energetic, guest-focused, and ready to deliver top-tier service in a boutique hotel environment. If you're friendly, detail-oriented, and love helping people feel at home—you’re exactly who we’re looking for. What You’ll Do: Greet all guests warmly with a smile and a hospitable welcome Assist with luggage handling during check-in/check-out and upon request Provide helpful information about hotel services, local attractions, and dining options Escort guests safely and efficiently through the hotel to rooms and amenities Monitor cleanliness of public spaces such as restrooms, pool areas, and entrances Coordinate with the Front Desk on VIP arrivals and special requests Handle deliveries, storage requests, and guest inquiries with care and efficiency Uphold hotel safety and service standards at all times Cross-train and assist other departments when appropriate (including Valet) What We’re Looking For: Experience: Prior hotel, resort, or hospitality experience preferred Service Skills: Calm, professional demeanor under pressure; outstanding guest interaction skills Physical Ability: Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and push/pull carts up to 100 lbs.
