Job Details Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 06/29/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Location: Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin Responsibilities Evaluate, develop, and execute a plan of care for a variety of patient populations in the acute care setting Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy staff Bill within the respective setting following guidelines for the facility Adhere to the respective state PT board rules and regulations Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure a team-focused plan of care Understand adaptive equipment and apply clinical knowledge to patient care Evaluate and modify the plan of care as indicated by the patient\'s condition Use Medical Center computer systems for daily tasks and documentation Provide timely and accurate documentation compliant with state and/or insurance guidelines Qualifications Must have 6 months of experience; new grads are encouraged to apply Must have BLS and state-specific licensing Ability to stand and walk for long periods; ability to bend, lean or stoop as needed Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology TotalMed Allied Job ID #1432635.
