Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license required
• Experience working with pediatric or elementary-aged students preferred
• Familiarity with school-based therapy services, IEP process, and related documentation
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management abilities
• Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students in accordance with individual education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and interpret results to guide intervention planning
• Develop and implement individualized and group therapy sessions to address student needs in areas such as fine motor skills, sensory integration, and self-care
• Document progress and maintain compliance with school and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and family members to promote student success and generalization of skills throughout the school environment
• Participate in team meetings as needed to support holistic student development
