Meaningful work that makes a real difference in clients’ lives A supportive, collaborative, and team-oriented culture Opportunities for professional growth and development Leadership that values and invests in employees A fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities The chance to build lasting relationships with clients and coworkers A firm committed to excellence, compassion, and service What You'll Do Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload from intake through resolution while ensuring deadlines are met Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and provide regular updates Gather, request, review, and organize medical records, accident reports, insurance information, and other case documentation Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other parties involved in the case Assist attorneys with demand packages and case preparation Organize, scan, file, and maintain correspondence and case files Schedule client appointments, consultations, and attorney calls What You Bring to the Table At least 1-5 years of experience delivering exceptional customer service Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProfessional, compassionate, and patient when interacting with clients Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) A genuine desire to help people and make a positive difference during difficult times Experience as a legal case manager or in a similar role is a plus, but not required Compensation & Benefits $18.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Discretionary bonus opportunities Retirement plan with employer match Work Location & Hours Job Type: Full-Time, 40 Hours Per Week Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Work Arrangement: In-Office Office Locations: Baraboo (Main Office), Sun Prairie, Madison, Eau Claire Equal Opportunity Statement Pemberton Personal Injury Law Firm is an equal opportunity employer.
