Join Our Team as a Childcare Lead Teacher!

Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and providing a safe and engaging learning environment for preschoolers? Learn N Play Care in Wind Lake, WI is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Childcare Lead Teacher to join our team. As a Floating Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our young learners across all ages as you lead in classrooms as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
Provide a safe and supportive classroom environment
Promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
Monitor and assess children's progress and communicate with parents
Collaborate with co-teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment

Qualifications:

Early Childhood Education (ECE) degree or related field
Previous experience working with preschool-age children
Passion for early childhood education and child development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
