Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Home Health Care Location: Atlantic County, NJ Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible Schedule Position Overview A growing home health care provider in Atlantic County is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their team and provide high-quality care to home-bound patients. This role is ideal for a provider who is passionate about improving patient outcomes and delivering personalized care in a home setting. The Nurse Practitioner will work independently, managing a daily patient load while building strong relationships with patients and their families.
