Overview Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (ER) travel assignment in Douglasville, GA. Start date May 18, 2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay $1,574–$1,683. Guaranteed hours: 0.0. Shift: 3x12-hour nights. Setting: hospital Emergency Department. Responsibilities Deliver patient-centered emergency care for a diverse patient population, using evidence-based practices Perform triage, initial assessment, ongoing monitoring, and reassessment of acute conditions in the ED Administer medications, IV therapies, and procedures as ordered; monitor for adverse reactions and effectiveness Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health staff to develop and implement care plans; participate in shift handoffs Ensure patient and family education on diagnoses, treatments, procedures, and discharge planning; uphold safety and infection control standards Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record; ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements Requirements Current, active RN license in Georgia Graduate of an approved nursing program (RN) Experience in or demonstrated ability to work in an Emergency Department setting Ability to work a night shift schedule and participate in a travel assignment Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills; commitment to patient safety and quality care Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Dedicated assignment support throughout the contract Fast credentialing processes to facilitate starting on schedule Housing assistance available (where eligible) Extension opportunities based on unit needs and performance #J-18808-Ljbffr HealthForce Healthcare
