Job Summary:
The outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) position is located in San Rafael, California. This role involves evaluating and developing treatment plans for patients in an outpatient setting, promoting functional recovery, and ensuring continuity of care. Candidates are required to bring their active and applicable license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Shift: Days, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; CPR Certification; Active/applicable license for the State of California; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior successful assignments with the organization or prior experience with the organization (highly desirable)
• Additional Information: The Physical Therapist will conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, document in medical records accurately and timely, and participate in professional development activities. The role requires adherence to state practice acts, professional conduct, and safety protocols, including promoting patient and employee safety with a focus on a 10-foot circle of safety.
