We invest in your personal and professional growth because we know that when our people succeed, we all succeed.Back to the role:What you will do:Answer phone calls from residents, vendors, agenciesMaintain organized office space and assist in ordering required supplies, as per PM & RMAssist leasing department to obtain all necessary documents to maintain resident filesCreate and maintain work orders for the propertyServe as first point of contact for resident walk-insLiaison between residents, maintenance staff, vendors, and managementAssist with resident inquiries pertaining to rent payments and chargesEnsure residents are responded to promptly and within 24 hours of requestsProvide administrative support to Property Manager and Resident ManagerAssist & support all team members in required trainings and schedulingAssist Property Manager and Resident Manager in walking vacant apartments and ensure all apartments are prepared for move-inCoordinate move ins, move outs and tenant files with main officeProcess move-outs: including scheduling move-out inspection, complete move-out paperwork and upload all required documents to Yardi and then notify PM & VPMonitor and update building/s parking space files; oversee parking leases, upload documents, updated vehicle information, update appropriate parking spaces, and enter parking chargesMaintain monthly extermination reportsMaintain organized office space and assist in ordering required supplies, as per PM & RMAssist leasing/compliance department in obtaining all necessary documents; lease renewals, annual recertifications, annual student certifications, and general leasing noticesComplete other tasks & special projects as required by managementWhat you should have:2-5 years’ experience in an administrative role within a Property Management office or related fieldBilingual in Spanish/English preferredStrong customer service experienceProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel and outlook)Previous Yardi experience or Property Management Software requiredAbility to work on and complete multiple projects in a timely matterStrong organizational skills with attention to detailSelf-starter who can work independently and as part of a teamSalary Range:$60,000 - $65,000 AnnuallyActual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
