Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer respiratory treatments and diagnostic tests according to physician orders.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient respiratory status and adjust care plans accordingly.
  
  
• 
  Operate and troubleshoot respiratory therapy equipment.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop comprehensive care plans.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress and clinical interventions accurately in the EMR system.
  
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory protocols.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid Respiratory Therapist license and certifications.
  
  
• 
  Experience working with the Paragon EMR system and respiratory equipment.
  
  
• 
  Strong understanding of respiratory assessment and intervention techniques.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work nights, weekends, and on a flexible schedule.
  
  
• 
  Prior clinical experience in acute care settings preferred.
