Working Title: Radiation Medicine Therapist – Up to $15,000 recruitment bonus Location: Lexington, KY Grade: 12 Salary: $30.00–$53.67 per hour Position: Staff, Full Time Required Education: Associate’s Degree (AS) License/Registration: ARRT certification and valid Kentucky State license (obtained before start date) Physical Requirements: Requires heavy lifting, pushing, pulling of objects over 50 pounds. Shift: Monday–Friday, day shift; some evenings or weekends may be required; on‑call duties. Job Summary The Radiation Oncology Clinic seeks a Radiation Therapist to provide radiation treatment delivery. The therapist will deliver daily care to cancer patients, accurately interpret and deliver radiation treatments, perform simulations, provide clinical instruction to radiation therapy students, and may cover brachy procedures and treatment scheduling. Qualifications Preferred 2–6 years of radiation therapy experience. Positive attitude, flexibility, team player. Knowledge of radiation therapy protocols and ability to interpret treatment plans. Additional Recruitment bonus of up to $15,000 eligible.
