Kapitus is seeking an experienced Director of Product, Merchant Acquisition & Growth to lead the sales and acquisition strategy for our core term product line. You will own the top-of-funnel experience, scale merchant onboarding, and drive acquisition integrations. You will supervise Product Owners and Business Analysts to build seamless experiences that generate leads, optimize the sales funnel, and accelerate merchant growth.
