Job Title Power Systems Division (PSD) Rental Service Advisor Location Elkridge, Maryland Starting Compensation Range $64,000 - $83,000 per year Responsibilities The PSD Rental Service Advisor is responsible for communicating with internal and external customers to gather information regarding PSD rental equipment issues and providing repair status updates while repairs are in progress; opening and processing work orders in an efficient and timely manner using thorough details on customer requests and complaints to ensure technician understanding and customer satisfaction.
