Key responsibilities Responsible for own product(s) success (Sales, CGM and share growth by attractive segment) Owns product input in overall MGPP and implements roadmap for given products to product line strategy Prioritizes NPD/PLC activity to ensure portfolio remains competitive with clear business cases and strategic rationale Spends 40% with customer/external stakeholders. Organizes & uses deep insights for decision making Ensures existing products are optimized with the correct options, pricing, sales tools to meet business objectives Development of tangible value selling propositions or all aspects of the product offering Cross functional influencing - driving and leading cross functional activities to deliver technical and commercial outcomes What we are looking for University level degree in technical and/or business field Multiple years of experience in on-road load handling systems or similar heavy equipment Experience in multinational working environment Experience in handling product and product business in different life cycle stages Sufficient technical understanding of product & application Mindset for strategic thinking, understanding of business strategies and goals What we offer As a part of our Employees First culture, we offer opportunities to grow within a dynamic environment that values flexibility and your well-being.
