CNC Mill Machinist

Job Title: CNC Mill Machinist Shift: 1st Shift Pay Rate: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience) Location: Richfield, WI Position Overview We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist for a 1st shift opportunity in Richfield, WI. This role is responsible for setting up, programming (if applicable), and operating CNC milling machines to produce high-precision parts according to blueprints and specifications. The ideal candidate has strong setup experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling machines (3-axis or 4-axis preferred) Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and job specifications Perform tool changes, set tool offsets, and make program adjustments as needed Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, indicators) Maintain tight tolerances and ensure part quality Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary corrections Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean work area Follow all company safety procedures Qualifications 3+ years of CNC milling setup and operation experience Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge Experience working with various materials (steel, aluminum, stainless, etc.) Ability to hold tight tolerances Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr WFA Staffing
