Mesilla Valley Transportation is now hiring Trailer Technicians in El Paso, Texas!/strong/p pThe strongTrailer Technician/strong I repairs and maintains trailers to ensure operational efficiency and compliance,br / achieving recognition for key support within the team and promptly resolving issues as they arise underbr / management direction./p pstrongResponsibilities:/strong/p pInspects and repairs trailers to meet company/OEM standards.br / Performs DOT and general inspections to ensure compliance.br / Repairs or replaces tires following company guidelines for PSI, wear and tread depth.br / Conducts general fleet maintenance on trailers, including lights, air brakes, wheel ends,br / suspension, and other repairs.br / Documents completed work, including 3Cs and notes, in company maintenance software.br / Inspects and cleans parts and submits orders for replacement parts when necessary.br / Confirms proper equipment function post-repair.br / Uses tools to minimize downtime and increase efficiency.br / Assists Trailer Supervisor with various tasks as required.br / Maintain a clean work area./p Pay Range: - per_hour, General Benefits: pstrongJob Benefits:/strong/p ul li401(k)/li liDental Insurance/li liHealth Insurance/li liLife Insurance/li liPaid Time Off/li liTuition Reimbursement/li liVision insurance/li /ul pemstrongBenefit Conditions:/strong/em/p ul liOnly full-time employees are eligible./li /ul
