Key Responsibilities Research import and/ or export regulations for Applied's systems spare parts and other products Address trade regulatory requirements involving regulatory controls and/or customs requirements, such as trade classification, applicability of duty mitigation programs, and/or export licensing requirements. Provide advice on transactional issues. Update regional trade compliance programs for regulatory changes and changes in company product and services offerings Conducting compliance training, translating regulatory language so that business stakeholders can understand and audits of regulatory data Other Projects as assigned by trade manager Functional Knowledge Demonstrates expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities Business Expertise Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work Leadership No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members Problem Solving Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents Impact IImpacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies Interpersonal Skills Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations Additional Information Time Type: Full time Employee Type: Assignee / Regular Travel: Yes, 10% of the Time Relocation Eligible: No The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
