Our team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and a strong commitment to justice. We’re looking for a motivated Personal Injury Attorney who wants to make a real impact while growing their career.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
- Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, and represent clients in court
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and strategic guidance
- Work closely with paralegals and support staff to move cases efficiently
- Develop case strategies to maximize client outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- NY barred and Admitted
- 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred, but not required)
- Strong negotiation and courtroom skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
