Job Type: 13-Week Contract

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

EMR: EPIC

Compensation:

Pay Cycle: Weekly - Paid every week on Friday

Weekly Gross Pay: $3310.92/Week

Breakdown:

• Weekly Stipend: $1554.00 (taxable)
• Weekly Taxable: $1756.92 (non-taxable)

Additional Pay:

• Overtime: After 40 hours/week at $95.09/hour
• On-Call: $2/hour pager
• Call Back: 1-hour minimum at at $95.09/hour

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced OB Nurse Manager to oversee patient care, nursing staff, and daily OB operations. The Nurse Manager will work closely with the leadership team to support efficient clinical operations, staff development, resource management, and quality improvement.

The ideal candidate must have strong people leadership skills and be willing to provide bedside nursing coverage as needed .

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience .
• Minimum 3 years of OB nursing experience .
• Leadership experience within the last 2 years .
• Active Colorado RN license or valid compact RN license .
