Beacon (formerly VTC Enterprises/LOVARC) has been supporting individuals with developmental disabilities since 1962. We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused professional to join our Branded Merchandise team. This position combines customer service, office management, sales support, and operational coordination in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

As our Customer Service & Office Manager, you will serve as the key connection between customers and production, helping ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and with exceptional service. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities, solving problems, and contributing to a team-focused workplace.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in office management, customer service, administrative support, bookkeeping, sales coordination, or business operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Experience in screen printing, embroidery, promotional products, or branded merchandise is a plus
